JEP Math Tutoring is a local tutoring business that offers high-quality tutoring services for GCSE, A level Maths and Further Maths.

I am dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential and succeed in achieving their academic goals.

About Me

Based in Haywards Heath, I have taught GCSE and A level maths and further maths to students in schools and colleges for 30 years. Working in various local schools, I held positions of Head of Maths Department and Head of Sixth form and have most recently been teaching at Haywards Heath College. I am an associate for the AMSP (Advanced Maths Support Programme) and also an OFQUAL expert for maths and examiner for the EDEXCEL exam board. I am also an author of the Oxford University Press a level revision guide.

I hold a valid DBS certificate.

I specialise in meeting students’ individual needs and learning styles and adapt my teaching to their strengths and areas to improve. Many young people are struggling with confidence with maths and I have a proven track record of helping them overcome anxiety and become able to face the challenge of maths exams with expectations of successful outcomes. Whatever their challenges with maths I am here to help!
